He began his career in Administrative and Diplomatic Services in year 2003 as an Assistant Secretary of Finance Division in the Finance Division, Ministry of Education and has served in various ministries and district administrations.
YBhg. Dato’ Hamzah also has a vast experience as Senior Private Secretary to Ministers and Deputy Ministers in the various ministries, namely the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Defence, Prime Minister’s Department, Ministry of Information and also the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources (KeTSA).
Apart from that, YBhg. Dato’ Hamzah also has notable experience in the field of land administration and management as well as managing development projects. In 2014, he was appointed as the District Officer of Kerian, Perak for a period of 2 years. YBhg. Dato’ Hamzah also has made history when he was appointed as the first District Officer for the newly established district of Bagan Datuk, Perak in May 2016.
His in-depth portfolio and vast experiences in the field of management, administration, strategic planning and government policies are valuable attributes which are of great relevance to Malaysia’s sustainable energy agenda.

He started his career with Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Malaysia’s largest publicly traded power company, as an Operations & Maintenance Engineer and then as a Project and Planning Engineer. Mr. Koh then joined Powertek Berhad, an Independent Power Producer (IPP), as an Assistant Manager for Technical & Construction.
Mr. Koh gained much of his experience in the Renewable Energy field from his prior attachment to SEDA Malaysia as the Deputy Director (Feed-in Tariff) Division and then the Director of Market Operations from 2012 to 2021. His responsibilities include managing the Feed-in Tariff mechanism and the Renewable Energy fund, implementing the Net Energy Metering scheme and conducting regular reviews and policy recommendations on existing RE regulations and guidelines.
Mr. Koh also had a brief stint in the Banking sector, serving as the Industry Specialist in Renewable Energy at Hong Leong Bank Berhad from early 2021 to Feb 2024.
With close to two decades of experience in the power sector, Mr. Koh brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to SEDA Malaysia.

He received an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Malaya in 1997, an energy manager by practice and a qualified Green Building Index Facilitator (GBIF) and committee member of the Malaysia Energy Professional Association (MEPA).
He started his career as IT system engineer for TELEKOM’s MSC test-bed project and later as mechanical engineer designer with Majutek Perunding Sdn Bhd. He also has working experiences with various local and international leading energy management organisations such as Malaysian Green Technology Corporation @ GreenTech Malaysia (formerly known as Pusat Tenaga Malaysia), ECO Energy Sdn Bhd, Danish International Development Assistance (DANIDA) and Gagasan Sentral Sdn Bhd. He involved in various type of energy management services such as conducting energy audits in commercials & industrials, providing energy managers training, assisting on energy efficient design inputs, energy management & control system, retrofitting, re-commissioning & fine tuning/stabilising building services, energy performance & monitoring, operation & maintenance, low carbon green building, low carbon cities programme, green ICT, green technology, etc.
He had experience working fulltime at the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology & Water (KeTTHA) as the Local Technical Advisor (Energy Design Consultant) with DANIDA for the KeTTHA’s Low Energy Office Building project in Putrajaya, had been involved in the development of the GreenTech Malaysia Green Energy Office (GEO) (formerly known as Pusat Tenaga Malaysia Building Zero Energy Office – PTM ZEO building) in Bangi and experience in providing technical assistance to Public Works Department (JKR) on energy efficient design improvement of public buildings in Malaysia. In 2010 he had lead the development of KeTTHA’s Green Township Programme, Low Carbon Cities Framework (LCCF) and CIDB’s Construction Industry Standard (CIS) 20, GreenPASS.
He also actively involved in several government agencies technical committee such CIDB, Green ICT Committee (Malaysia Communications & Multimedia Commission) Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK-MOHR) as NOSS panel expert reviewer, Building Services Energy Efficiency Project (BSEEP-JKR-UNDP), SIRIM’s standard committee.
Ts. Steve Anthony Lojuntin currently the Director of Technical Development and Facilitation Division, which responsible on conducting significant service-related functions in the field of sustainable energy.

En. Saiful Hakim obtained his Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from University of Brighton, United Kingdom in 1993 and MBA (Strategic Management) from Aston University, United Kingdom in 2011. During his MBA time he also attended Audencia Business School, Nantes in France for lectures.

At SEDA Malaysia, amongst his roles are performing technology assessment, encouraging renewable energy (RE) technology innovation and commercialisation. Ts. Edisham also involves in the human capital development related to RE trainings and supports the relevant parties/ stakeholders in the RE technologies related activities including verifying the RE technologies.
Prior to joining SEDA Malaysia, Ts. Edisham served as an Environment Manager in Worldwide Holdings Bhd whereby he was part of the project team that built the first 2MW grid-connected landfill gas power plant in Malaysia. He has a track record of more than 10 years of experience designing and operating the biogas projects.
Ts. Edisham has been here in the Authority since 2012 and his extensive knowledge in pioneering the RE industry in Malaysia is a huge advantage to SEDA Malaysia.

Upon graduation from the University of Canberra, Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting in May 1997, she joined the Commercial Banking Division of Southern Bank Berhad. Over the 7 years working with the Bank, she has gained valuable insights into the banking industry and during her tenor, had successfully developed and implemented the credit risk management approach across all prioritised customer segments together with the Bank’s consultant, McKinsey & Co.
Pn Zafina subsequently joined QI Services Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of QI Ltd which is a multinational company with their headquarters in Hong Kong. She served as their Investment Analyst and then as Group Internal Auditor from September 2004 to October 2006 with the main role of performing the overall audit for the various offices in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta and Bangkok. In Dec 2006, she moved to Singapore and joined Random Connexion Pte Ltd till June 2008 and subsequently transferred to its sister company, Mystiq Mobile Pte Ltd from June 2008 to March 2009. Both companies were involved in the information technology spectrum, specialising in mobile applications. During her 2 1/2 years stint with the group as the Financial Controller, she was responsible for the financial planning, management and policies apart from the overall Human Resources and Administration functions of the group.
Prior to joining SEDA Malaysia in February 2020, she served as Vice President in the Corporate Development & Finance Division of Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) for more than 7 years, from April 2009 to January 2017. As Head of Finance Department at IRDA, she was responsible for the overall financial management apart from being the Permanent Member for the Procurement Committees including the Quotation Committee and Variation Order Committee.

Since 2018, he has served as SEDA’s Deputy Director of Digital Services, where his responsibilities have encompassed aligning technology resources with strategic objectives, overseeing operations, improving system efficiency, advancing digitalisation in the RE industry, and upholding ICT best practices. Before joining SEDA Malaysia, he served in various industries, including banking, automotive, and non-profit organisations.
En. Azarulnizam is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Diploma in Information Technology from Akademi Infotech Mara and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (Honors) from Open University Malaysia.

Throughout his career, he has held various HR leadership roles covering key areas within the HR spectrum from organizational development, performance management, total rewards, industrial relations, employee engagement, talent development and workforce planning.
En. Mohd Hafiz started his career with Telekom Malaysia in 1999 as HR Intern and steadily broadened his HR knowledge with reputable MNC and GLC companies such as Celcom, Standard Chartered, Proton Holdings, Cadbury Malaysia, Great Eastern Takaful, Danajamin, Sun Life Assurance and University Kuala Lumpur (UniKL).
Prior to joining SEDA Malaysia, he served as Senior General Manager, Human Capital at Co-opbank Pertama Malaysia Berhad for three years.
En. Mohd Hafiz holds a Diploma in Banking and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, both from MARA University of Technology (UiTM). During his leisure time, En. Mohd Hafiz actively participated in various sports events such as football, cycling and badminton.


Puan Radhiha’s proficiency in SEDA Act 2011 [Act 726] and past record earned her a position today as a Head of Procurement Unit at SEDA Malaysia.

Wan Aminuddin Wan Hitam began his career in Malaysia Civil Service as Administrative and Diplomatic Officer. With two decades of experience in the Malaysian civil service, he served in various ministries including the Ministry of Energy Transition and Water Transformation (PETRA) and brings wealth of expertise in policy development, finance and procurement, and organizational management.
He holds a Master of Environment from Universiti Putra Malaysia, Bachelor in Computer Science from Management and Science University and Higher National Diploma in Software Engineering. This unique combination of environmental and technical academic backgrounds has allowed him to excel in specialized roles, particularly within the energy sector.
During his service in PETRA, Wan Aminuddin Wan Hitam played a important role in shaping Malaysia’s renewable energy landscape where he was responsible for legislative amendments to the Renewable Energy Act 2011, Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) Act 2011 and other regulatory frameworks.
